New London to New Brighton Antique Car Run

Eligibility requirements: All vehicles up through 1908 and any 1- or 2-cylinder vehicles up through 1915 are eligible to
participate. This includes bikes, motorcycles, steam, and electric cars as well.
Tuesday, August. 4th - Informal local touring with an evening meet and greet with hors d’oeuvres
Wednesday, August 5th
– Bayer Built Woodworks and Rustic Design Flower Farm (60-mile round tour)
Bayer Built Woodworks and Rustic Design Flower Farm located near Belgrade MN. Bayer Built manufactures custom
interior doors, moldings, and wood stair systems. Rustic Design Flower Farm grows specialty cut flowers offering flower
subscriptions, summer picking, wedding design and design classes.
Thursday, August 6th
– Lange’s Museum, near Sedan MN (85-mile round tour)
Come visit the African Serengeti indoors. Featuring a impressive display of full-size African animal mounts and a large
gun collection. The evening “meet, greet, eat” will be held at Peace Lutheran Church in New London. We’ve invited our
volunteer tow drivers to join us, so you will have the chance to meet and exchange information.
Friday, August 7th
- 36-mile warm up tour before the big day, scenic tour around Nest and Green Lakes in the New
London area in the early afternoon after the morning bunch and drivers meeting. Also, in the late afternoon we will have a
parade in the downtown New London area to show off our cars to the general public. The parade ends at the New London
Legion with a ribs and chicken buffet.
Saturday, August 8th – 120+ mile tour of beautiful Minnesota countryside, 5 rest stops in communities along the way,
finish line finale and award ceremony in New Brighton, part of the Stockyard Days festival.
Photograph deadline: To have a picture of your car in the Official Roster, photos must be received by July 15th.

Pictures from previous programs/rosters will be used if new ones are not received.
Start Order: The starting gun for the Antique Car Run will sound at 7 am. To qualify for a medallion, cars must start by
9 am.
Shirts and Medallions: Each NLNB driver will receive a commemorative T-shirt in his/her packet at registration. Assist
us by noting your preferred size on the front of this form. Specially minted, dated medallions will be awarded to all
finishers at an awards ceremony between 6:00 and 6:30 pm at Long Lake Park.
Costumes: The ACR encourages but doesn’t require period clothing. Please plan to wear period costumes. They add a
great deal of fun to the Run for both participants and spectators.

Fees and Refund Policy: Antique Car Run, Inc. does not profit from meals and
activities offered to participants. Fees are based on costs provided by the local groups
who put on the meal/activity. Because of the need to make commitments in advance for
meals and activities, we cannot make refunds after July 30th
.
Tow Vehicle Information: The Antique Car Run will make every effort to have a volunteer transport driver available to
all participants who register before July 15th. Those who register after July 15th may have to make arrangements to
transport or recover their trailer, motor home, etc. on their own.

Waiver and Indemnification Agreement
I have read the regulations for the Run and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I agree, on behalf of myself, my personal
representatives, and next of kin, to release, waive, save, hold harmless and keep indemnified Antique Car Run, Inc., all sponsors of this event from and against all
actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of myself or other, howsoever caused, arising out
of or in connection with this entry and my taking part in this Run, and notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of said
bodies, their officials, representatives, agents other than negligence of Antique Car Run, Inc. on duties not connected with the said Run.
I declare that the use of the car hereby entered in this event is covered by no-fault and automobile liability insurance as required by the State of Minnesota and
furthermore such car is in sound and fit condition to be driven in this event by me or my representative, who shall be legally entitled and competent so to drive.
I give Antique Car Run, Inc. permission to use photos/videotape taken during the Run for promotional purposes free of cost.
